Welcome to Toolspatch. By accessing our website and purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Toolspatch (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital service provider offering access to storage services and digital tools. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to cloud storage solutions such as Google Shared Drives.
2. Product & Service Description
Drive Unlimited – Important Update
Our “Drive Unlimited” product now refers to a 1TB Google Shared Drive.
Due to policy changes from our service partners, the previously “unlimited” offering is now capped at 1TB. This ensures stable and compliant service delivery.
You receive:
Access to a secure Google Shared Drive
Maximum 1TB of cloud storage
One-time payment – no recurring subscription
Access with a 1-year replacement warranty (subject to fair usage policy)
3. Fair Usage Policy
To maintain service quality for all users:
No upload of pirated, copyrighted, NSFW, or illegal content.
Any abusive or bot-driven activity will lead to immediate suspension or removal without notice.
Violating Toolspatch or Google policies will result in account termination without refund.
4. Warranty, Data Responsibility & Limitations
Data Responsibility: Toolspatch is not responsible for any data loss due to accidental deletion, misuse, or actions taken by the end user or Google.
Warranty Coverage: We offer a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery in case the shared drive gets deleted or removed due to issues from our panel or backend.
This is a replacement-only warranty – no refunds will be provided under any circumstance once access has been delivered.
Users must contact support within 7 days of facing any panel-related issue for warranty claim eligibility.
5. Account & Access
Access to the shared drive is delivered within 24–48 working hours after payment.
Ensure the Gmail ID provided is accurate. Toolspatch is not liable for delivery to wrong emails.
Shared drive access is non-transferable and limited to one Gmail ID per order.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our digital services, no refunds are issued once the service is delivered.
Replacement will be provided only in the following condition:
Proven issue from our backend or panel within the 1-year warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Toolspatch is not affiliated with Google LLC or its subsidiaries.
We use Google Workspace APIs to assign Shared Drives under a fair usage policy.
Toolspatch will not be held liable for:
External suspension or policy enforcement by Google
User-side data loss
Any usage that violates Google’s acceptable use policy
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any product, feature, or service at any time. Major changes will be notified via email or our official website.
